Friday morning early loop. We see a deer, no two, to start with. This time, I did not forgot to set my app to register my run. My Love takes off for an extra loop and I’m curious to check my device. I try to work on my pace. It says 146 bpm, should be 180 ideally. I know I’m too slow. At the same time, I was walking around the hyena farm. So, this is not helping to know how I perform. The distance is longer what a GPS device would show and the burning of calories much higher than if I’m not setting to Sport mode. Hmh, those numbers need to be taken with a grain of salt.

I realize only after the loop that I forgot to start my watch. We were looking at hers, how to start the sport mode and I forget to start mine.

Anyways, we enjoy an early run, a tad later than the latest usual. We still manage to follow our common routine, tied in with our friends in Selters. I extend my run by doing the loop along the Sense in the opposite direction than what I’m used to. Refreshing. My tummy feels heavy and bloated though. I think this heat makes it hard for my body.

I’m spoiled one more time on my last 500 meters to spot a fox. I tell you, we have so much luck over here.
