Wake-up and run! Good to release some tension. Waking up with an angry feeling in my body. Layers of things that frustrate me and feeling like volcano where the lava tries to find a way to burst and overflow. Not a feeling I enjoy. I try to analyze. Thinking how to regulate this better. I get coffee served in bed, with a big warm smile on his face. Really nothing to complain in this department. As we step out in the fresh air, start to move, take in the surroundings and colours I start to calm and relax. It will be a good day, after all.

We go for the usual loop, anti-clockwise. Quiet, surrounded by golden fields and a couple of resistant lillies, we trot. She seems battling with anger. My own mind preoccupied with this day, mainly that one meeting that I don’t know for sure how will turn.

She wants to send me off to my second loop at around mid-way of the first. I don’t want that and I’m happy to walk at her side, starting our day outside running or walking benefits us, our family.

I decide to push at the end of my second loop. How happy I am to see her behind the windows of our kitchen slowly waving at me rushing down the last bit of slope. That makes it for a good start.
