#18 🧳

Another Loop.

He points out a little fox, close to the woods. We are really spoiled, seeing deer almost on a daily basis. Another sunny day comes to an end. Our minds are busy with the trip lying ahead - organizing, packing.

A heatwave is expected over the next few days. My body is already not coping so well. Swollen extremities, even walking doesn’t feel pleasant. Grateful for the cooling gel that awaits me at home!

Mind heavy. A call to mum looming where I’ll announce her that we won’t make it to be at her side, supporting her and the family for the funerals of my uncle. I’m confident she will understand. Yet, I’d have liked to have shown my support being there. Priorities, we cannot be all places all the time.

This call will take place after our loop. Our faithful loop. Closing the first lap, I tell her that next day I’d love to have a change of scenery. We are spoiled here for sure, but still, it gets too much of a habit now.

Busy iterating her todo list, we complete our activity in silence.
