#9 The last one-digit mark

After making sure that all voters put their papers in the correct voting box on a Sunday Morning, we are heading into the woods for again four K, slowly this time. Enjoying the flat patches, but not trusting my knee when going downhill. It feels good though to go for a longer jog.

Got up feeling mou today (hence my nickname btw). Lower spirits, low energy, probably the consequence of a packed week, one more. We still manage to go for one more jog and I’m grateful that she’s supportive. The shifts are not really set, we play as her knee allows and that feels fine, it’s Sunday isn’t it? For the first time in this juneathon, we go to the forest. It has this magical power of calming one, appeasing any source of unease, even if it’s just for a while, I’m thankful for this intense green, hearing the birds singing their life out.
